On this basis, Huacheng has established a complete packaging and shipping management system, including finished products’ inspection and warehousing, finished products’ inspection and outbound delivery, customized labeling, packaging and labeling, packing and palletizing, and labeling to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders.
The business personnel of Huacheng must reach an agreement with customers on the packaging requirements of the ordered products during the communication process of order procurement, ensuring that the packaging method used is in accordance with the customer’s requirements. The cost involved in the standard packaging method may be counted in the unit price of the product. If the customer requires customized packaging, the costs involved will be separately listed in the quotation.
